Beef Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef, cut in pieces
    flour
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can onion soup
    1/2 c. sherry wine
    1/2 lb. sauteed mushrooms
Preparation
    Roll the meat in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add tomato soup and onion soup.
    Cook 3 1/2 hours in 250\u00b0 oven.
    Add sherry wine and sauteed mushrooms.
    Cook another 1/2 hour.
