Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 c. boiling water (add last)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 stick oleo, cut up
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, cut up
Preparation
    Mix all together in 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Pour boiling water over all so it melts cheese and oleo some.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until liquid is absorbed and top nicely brown.
    I have precooked broccoli a little if it appears to look tough.
