Poppy Seed Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. oil
    1 pkg. instant coconut pudding
    4 eggs
    1 c. hot water
    1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour into 2 well-greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
