Mincemeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed beef or pork
9 c. chopped apples
3 c. raisins
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. molasses
6 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 lb. citron, finely cut
salt to taste
2 c. cider
1 c. any kind jelly
Preparation

Cook slowly on low heat for 2 hours, stirring often.
If you need more liquid, add grape juice.
