Cajun Chicken Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken parts
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen thawed cut okra
Preparation
    Brown chicken in hot oil in a Dutch oven or deep skillet. Remove chicken from skillet and add onion, pepper and garlic. Saute until onion is translucent; stir in soy sauce, tomatoes and cayenne pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Arrange chicken pieces in sauce, cover and simmer 50 minutes.
    Turn pieces over once; stir in okra. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, or until okra is tender.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
