Catch Of The Day - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh fish (Grouper, Hogfish, Wahoo)
    fresh or frozen veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, tomatoes, etc)
    dill (about 1 Tbsp.)
    olive oil (about 1/4 cup)
    salt and pepper to taste
    foil - 4 pieces
Preparation
    Heat oven or grill to 350\u00b0.
    Place piece of fish on foil (make into \"boat\").
    Sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper and olive oil.
    Place selection of
    fresh or frozen veggies on top of fish. Close up foil and place on cookie sheet (if using oven) and cook 20-30 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
    Serve with rice.
