Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 - can Refried Beans (Taco Bell Brand, Fat Free with Jalapeno Peppers)
1 - 16 oz. Container Reduced Fat Sour Cream
1 - pkg. Of Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Dip Mix
1 - 8 oz. Brick of Monterey Jack Cheese with jalapeno peppers
2 - plum tomatoes, diced
3 - scallion onions, sliced tops also
1 - red pepper, diced
black olives, diced as many as desired
Preparation

Spread beans into bottom of a dish, (13x9 if you use 2 cans of beans).
Mix together sour cream and HVR Fiesta Dip mix, spread on top of beans already in pan. Grate cheese and layer on top of sour cream mixture.
Top with tomatoes, scallion onions, red pepper, and black olives.
TA DA DONE!!!
