Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. roast
    4 or 6 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions
    6 or 8 carrots
    2 stalks celery
    2 bouillon beef cubes
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 bay leaf
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place roast in large roasting pan.
    Clean and quarter potatoes, onions, carrots and celery.
    Place around roast. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
    Add bay leaf.
    Mix bouillon cubes in two cups of water.
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Remove bay leaf before serving.
    Serves 6.
