Raw Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    few grains garlic salt
Preparation
    Place the cream cheese in a bowl and allow it to stand for about 20 minutes at room temperature to soften.
    Add the milk, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese and salt to the softened cream cheese.
    Mix with a spoon or an electric mixer on low speed. Place the cheese mixture in a small dish and serve it with raw vegetables.
