Icy Pineapple - Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can apricots (undrained), sliced (peaches work well also)
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/2 c. sugar
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
3 bananas, sliced
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Drain apricots and pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice in a small saucepan; boil 2 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
