Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. sliced Vidalia onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Prepare crust by combining cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into bottom of pie pan.
Saute onion in butter until tender. Pour into crumb crust.
Beat eggs; add milk and salt.
Pour mixture over onion.
Sprinkle with cheese over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
