Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. hen
    4 large onions, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 bunch celery, chopped
    fat or oil
    salt, pepper or other seasonings
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    4 to 8 oz. canned mushrooms
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 lb. American cheese, grated
Preparation
    While hen is cooking make sauce by frying onions, green pepper, celery and seasonings (to taste) in small amount of fat or oil until tender.
    Add the tomatoes and mushrooms; cook down. Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
    Cool chicken, uncovered, in broth, then drain and cut up.
