Zucchini Casserole Pie - cooking recipe

3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
dash of garlic salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; pour into 9-inch buttered pan (cake).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
