Orange Charlotte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 Tbsp. clear gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. orange juice with pulp
    3 egg whites, beaten
    1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water.
    Dissolve in 1/3 cup of boiling water.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and orange juice.
    Chill. When quite thick, beat until frothy.
    Fold in egg whites, beaten thick, and beaten whipped cream.
    Refrigerate.
