Joe'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    5 or 6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cans tomato paste (12 oz. each)
    2 to 3 c. water
    1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation
    In a large pot, on medium heat, heat oil and add onions, pepper, celery and garlic for a few minutes.
    Add oregano, basil, parsley flakes, black pepper and salt.
    Saute for 1 minute.
    Add ground beef, crumbling to break up the meat.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until beef looses its pink color.
    Add tomato paste and mix well.
    Add tomato juice and mix.
    Add water and mix until desired thickness is reached.
    Add sugar and mix.
    Salt to taste. When sauce starts bubbling, reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serves 6 to 8.
