Cioccolato Paradiso(Orange-Scented, Chocolate-Nut Biscotti) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. almonds or Macadamias
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. orange oil or zest of 1 orange, finely chopped
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. coarsely chopped milk chocolate (1/3 white and 2/3 milk or semi-sweet)
Preparation
    Place nuts in a shallow pan and bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Let cool.
