Ingredients

1 box vanilla wafers
3 to 4 oz. coconut (tinted green)
40 peppermint patties
2 c. powdered sugar frosting (tint 1 c. yellow and 1 c. red)
Preparation

Frost flat side of one wafer with yellow.
Place unwrapped mint on top of frosting.
Put a small amount of red frosting on mint.
Sprinkle with green coconut to cover.
Take another wafer, frost flat side with red and place on top of coconut.
You now have a hamburger cookie.
Wrap in piece of foil.
