Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    1/2 c. unsalted butter (1 stick)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line a 9-inch square pan with foil. Grease foil.
    Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Cool 15 minutes.
    Stir sugar, eggs, vanilla and flour into chocolate.
    Pour into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
    Top with walnuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
    Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Invert.
    Remove pan and peel off foil.
    Turn over and cut into squares.
