Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. fresh spinach
    3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 oz. Mozzarella shredded cheese
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain.
    Saute garlic in oil.
    Pour oil and garlic over drained spinach.
    You may add a little grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.
    Make each package of crescent rolls into a rectangle.
    Flatten slightly with rolling pin.
    Put spinach and Mozzarella cheese onto flattened dough and roll.
    Bake according to crescent roll directions, or just a little longer.
