Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. carrot
    1/2 c. celery
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1 qt. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients really fine in blender or processor. Saute in butter.
    Add broth and milk.
    Boil for one hour.
    Add cheese, flour and cornstarch.
