Lemon Herb Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    3 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Steam broccoli over boiling water in a large saucepan for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Melt oleo in a small saucepan over medium heat.
    Blend in lemon juice, mustard and marjoram. Spoon over broccoli.
    Serve with grilled chicken breasts or broiled fish fillets.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
