Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans, divided
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and 1 cup pecans, mixing well.
Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans.
Chill 2 hours.
