No-Crust Pepperoni Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
5 eggs
1/4 tsp. basil
2 oz. pepperoni, thinly sliced
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni on bottom of 9-inch pie plate (sprayed with nonstick coating); set aside. In medium bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat eggs, milk and basil until well blended.
Pour egg mixture into pie plate over cheese and pepperoni.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
