Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat griddle to medium-high heat.
    In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk and oil.
    Add remaining ingredients; beat or stir just until large lumps disappear.
    Lightly grease heated griddle. Pour batter about 1/4 cup at a time onto hot griddle.
    Cook until bubbles form and edges start to dry; turn and cook other side. Makes sixteen 4-inch pancakes.
