Baked Salmon Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. salmon fillets
    1 Tbsp. plain dried breadcrumbs
    1 Tbsp. dill, minced
    1 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dot top of 6 ounce salmon with a mixture of bread crumbs, dill, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper. Arrange in baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven about 15 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout.
