Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thaw 1/2 hour
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, diced
cornflakes
Preparation

Combine potatoes, cheese, salt, sour cream, soup and onion together in large bowl and pour into buttered casserole dish.
Mix cornflakes and melted butter and sprinkle on potatoes. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
