California Cobb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head Boston bibb lettuce
    1/2 bunch watercress (optional)
    1/2 head romaine
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    2 half breasts cooked chicken, diced
    6 strips crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 ripe avocado, diced
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/3 c. Blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
    oil and vinegar dressing
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Shred lettuce, watercress and romaine fine; place in a large salad bowl.
    Arrange diced tomatoes, chicken, crumbled bacon, diced avocado, diced eggs and crumbled Blue cheese in strips across salad greens.
    Just before serving, toss with enough vinagrette dressing to moisten salad and salt and pepper.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
