Pork Chop Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    In same skillet, combine soup, milk and sour cream.
    Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 of onions.
    Spoon mixture into 9 x 13-inch dish and arrange chops over top of potatoes.
    Bake, covered, for 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, 10 minutes more.
