Texas 22 Minute Holiday Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 c. Crisco
1 stick oleo
3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 13 x 15-inch loaf. In a large mixing bowl, mix flour and sugar.
In a 3-quart saucepan, mix the next 4 ingredients.
Heat slowly, stirring constantly, until oleo and Crisco melt.
Pour over flour and sugar in bowl.
Mix on high speed.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and pour into greased pan.
