Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped and shredded
1 green or red pepper, cut into rings or chopped
1 medium red onion, sliced thin
1 tsp. dry mustard
few drops liquid butter or spritz of butter flavored Pam
1 packet Sweet 'N Low or Equal
2/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. white vinegar
Preparation
-
In a saucepan combine ingredients.
Bring to a rolling boil; keep stirring.
Pour over slaw.
Do not toss.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Toss before serving and sprinkle with celery seed.
