Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. salad dressing
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
