Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples, peeled
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Pour sugar over apples and let stand in a bowl.
In larger bowl, mix flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add the nuts and raisins.
Mix the eggs and oil together and pour into flour mixture (will be very stiff).
Pour in tube pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
