Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. butter
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except baking soda and vanilla.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium high.
    Keep boiling, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Stir thoroughly.
    Pour over popcorn.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool and store in a tight container.
