Meat And Potato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 c. raw potatoes, shredded
    3/4 c. meat (may be cooked chicken, diced ham or ground beef)
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. rich milk
    5 eggs (Egg Beaters may be substituted)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix
    the
    potatoes and oil together in a large pie pan. Press evenly
    into
    pie
    crust shape.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0
    or until beginning to brown.
    Layer the meat, cheese and onion
    onto the crust.
    Beat together the milk, eggs, salt and pepper
    in a bowl.
    Pour over the other ingredients in the pie pan.
    Sprinkle with
    parsley
    flakes.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
