Glazed Carrots And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. Mazola margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 lb. carrots, cut in 2 inch slices and cooked
    1 lb. white onion, cooked
Preparation
    In a skillet, heat corn syrup and margarine over medium heat until melted.
    Add salt and ginger.
    Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally or until thick.
    Add cooked carrots and onions, stirring occasionally for about 8 minutes or until the vegetables are glazed.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
