Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
    1/2 c. chopped almonds, toasted
    1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in
    a large bowl. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion and salt. Add to chicken mixture, stirring gently. Spoon onto lettuce leaves. Makes 5 cups.
