Peas Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    speck of pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. dried marjoram
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    2 c. cooked peas
Preparation
    Heat butter in a skillet.
    Saute mushrooms and onions about 5 minutes, or until tender.
    Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, marjoram, sherry and then peas.
    Makes 4 servings.
