Three Flavors Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. raw shrimp, shelled, deveined and diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked pork, diced
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 chopped onions
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. lettuce, shredded
Preparation
    Set ingredients (prepared and measured) by stove in order listed.
    Set skillet over high heat for 30 seconds.
    Swirl in half of the oil.
    Add onions; brown lightly.
    Add shrimp; stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Salt.
    Add eggs; scramble until cooked.
    Remove from pan.
    Swirl remaining oil in pan, then add chicken.
    Stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Add rice, soy sauce and pepper.
    Stir and toss until all is heated.
    Add eggs and stir.
    Add lettuce last, just before serving and serve with soy sauce.
