Homos Bi Tahini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chickpeas
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. tahini
1 tsp. salt
juice of 1 lemon
1/3 to 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Rinse and drain chickpeas.
Place all in food processor and process until blended.
Serve with oil, parsley and ground red pepper sprinkled on top.
