Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 chicken breast halves
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    3/4 stick butter, melted
    1 pkg. or canister dressing
    2 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Boil breasts in water about 20 minutes.
    Skin and bone chicken.
    Cut in pieces.
    Spread dressing in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
