Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper
    8 oz. box mostaccioli noodles (or other style noodles), cooked and drained
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat; add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender; drain.
    Stir in tomatoes, paste, water and seasonings.
    In a 2-quart dish, layer half of the noodles, meat sauce and sliced Velveeta cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
