Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. lean ground sirloin or round
    3 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    4 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Divide beef into 8 equal portions.
    Pat each portion into 4 1/2 to 5 1/2-inch patties on waxed paper.
    Sprinkle cheese evenly on 4 patties, leaving 1/2-inch border.
    Top each one with another plain patty.
    Pinch edges together to seal.
