Fruit Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops
    1/2 c. cranberry sauce or fruit jam
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil; turn chops. Stir in cranberry sauce, mustard and vinegar.
    Cover; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Serves 4.
