New Mexico Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 c. sliced apples
 
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
dash of salt
Preparation
- 
                            Peel and slice apples.
 
Arrange on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Mix together the other ingredients and blend well with pastry cutter.
Spread over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown and buttery.
