Hidden Valley Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast strips
    1 pkg. Original Ranch salad dressing mix
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. thawed vegetable medley
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet.
    Add chicken strips. Stir in dressing mix to coat chicken.
    Add vegetable mix and water.
    Stir-fry about 2 minutes.
