Pasta With Cannellini Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

oil
salt and pepper
4 to 6 fresh basil
fresh oregano
1 can cannellini beans
1 (28 oz.) can whole plum tomatoes
1 bunch scallions
2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
about 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Heat oil, salt and pepper.
Then add bay leaves and scallions. Heat, then add garlic, basil, oregano and beans.
Let it all heat up, then add the tomatoes, some water and a little sugar to cut the acid from tomatoes.
Serve alone with salad and rolls or as a side dish with meat.
