Mexican Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, cut in thirds
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    28 oz. can tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Simmer until macaroni is cooked and water absorbed.
    I add garlic and 2 cups frozen corn and use sweet Italian sausage.
