Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 pieces lasagna noodles, cooked
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions and garlic
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 small can water
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. basil leaves
    1 carton Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    4 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package.
    Break up and brown ground beef.
    Add onions and celery and 1 or 2 cloves of garlic.
    Add and keep on cooking tomato sauce and paste, water and seasonings. Heat.
    In medium bowl, mix cheese, slightly beaten egg and parsley.
