Mom'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lard
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Put in a large bowl the lard and boiling water; stir until dissolved.
    Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add to lard and water mixture.
    Stir together well.
    Makes three 9-inch crusts.
    Will keep for a month in refrigerator if wrapped in waxed paper.
