Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. red bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. light cream
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done.
    Drain off fat and crumble.
    Mix cheese and sausage together.
    Sprinkle in pie shell.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over sausage and cheese mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool on rack 10 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
